i guess, no matter its a mini nor a major rip, a rip is still a rip,.. i just dont really understand whats on the ripper little mind while doin this.
tried to send an email bout this to them, but still no answer, i lost hope when it comes to this kind of thing.

Give yourself some credit man. This is a pretty major rip…its a blatant copy of your work…Heh, they must have throught removing the small dots on your illustration constitutes the rest as original work.
You need to find out who “designed” this, and get themm to pay you 99% of his/her ill-gotten gains.
eh, who cares. the person who made that flyer didnt make any money. if anything they like your art and should have given you credit. its not like they put it on a t shirt and are making tons of money off of it.
RmW: Who cares? Anyone who makes art for a living ought to. Look at the sponsors list; people are making money off this event, or they wouldn’t be spending time and money to produce it. A t-shirt use is nothing compared to advertising budgets. Learn something about business, or be prepared to be ripped off your entire career.
FIK: Register your images with the copyright office. The Berne Convention covers most advanced countries, and you can prevent, shut down, or reap damages for infringements. Protect your art and your income.
There are so many people on this site who have these “who cares, they didn’t make any money” or “you should be happy they like your work” attitudes. I don’t freaking get it. Yeah, there’s probably nothing to be gained from getting lawyers involved in this particular rip, but stealing is stealing, and people shouldn’t get away with it. No matter what is being done with the stolen work. Get your heads straight.
