Touched by the Font

One can imagine that the designers who made the 2006 DVD packaging for the Jenna Elfman film “Touched” may have googled their own film and came across the 2004 John Mack documentary film “Touched” instead — and fell in love with how “Touched” looked in Univers thin ultra condensed. No other similarities, beyond the font …but still, we noticed.

    ^^Agree, unless however you designed a custom font that is original and the design and over all look & feel has a copyright/trademark.
    That example above shouldn’t even be posted here.
