Touched by the Font
December 20th, 2007 by willbueche
One can imagine that the designers who made the 2006 DVD packaging for the Jenna Elfman film “Touched” may have googled their own film and came across the 2004 John Mack documentary film “Touched” instead — and fell in love with how “Touched” looked in Univers thin ultra condensed. No other similarities, beyond the font …but still, we noticed.

Speaking of fonts and movie posters, have you discovered TRAJAN yet . . .

Font comparisions is pretty thin material for design theivery…
^^Agree, unless however you designed a custom font that is original and the design and over all look & feel has a copyright/trademark.
That example above shouldn’t even be posted here.
Find another pair of movies with the same title and the same font, and you’ll have a point.
Wow, definitely a stretch. Must be running out of content. Not even kerned the same. Are you going to start busting people for using Helvetica?
Somebody needs to Photoshop that DVD cover, replacing the first “T” with the “D” at the end…
Now Timmy, where exactly did the angel touch you?
Watch out or the Scientologists will sue you.
its a font you fucking idiots.
