    Pffft. This borders on public domain.
    If you’re going drag this kind of stuff into court, then you better be prepared to drag 90% of the fashion graphics out there, all whome reference anything vintage. From Levi’s to Ambercrombie and Fitch to Urban Outfitters to Married to the Mob to anything on Karmaloop.

    That’s horrible. I hope they are able to get compensation. This is how artists make a living. It’s a legacy left to their family.

    yeah. its copied. may be an homage. kinda ruins that theory when he puts mark jacobs along the top tho. it pulls the attention away from the tribute and makes it about him.
