  1. You know you can sue them for copyright infringement, right?
    This isn’t a derivative work, this is blatant theft of intellectual property, and you could net a nice sum of money. Photographers have this sort of thing happen all the time, all you have to do is prove that it was your original work and that they had access to it.

  8. Well with the RIAA going after people like they are you should sue them they have already set the price $150,000 per infringement now you need to find out how many copies they have sold.
