Found you!
My friend stumbled upon this little gem and sent it my way:
The title of the album is an obvious rip of the logo I created for my college grad show back in 2009:
The idea behind the logo is not that unique, but the logo was silk screened and converted to a vector and has a very unique grunge look. If the designer who saw this thought it was so creative, they should have gone and reproduced it, not copy and pasted it.
I have never had to deal with an issue like this before as most of my art stays off the net, but this logo was all over facebook. This obviously isn't a big name artist, but they are using my logo on their album cover and not crediting me or my design team in any way. Ridiculous!

You know you can sue them for copyright infringement, right?
This isn’t a derivative work, this is blatant theft of intellectual property, and you could net a nice sum of money. Photographers have this sort of thing happen all the time, all you have to do is prove that it was your original work and that they had access to it.

IA. Even the gaps in the letters and faded parts are identical.

Yeah, agreed.

The swiped logo is the only good part of the cd cover (or whatever it’s meant to be…).

Seize and desist letter, or send them a fat bill! Total rip!

Clearly ripped, and the other text looks like it was just run through any number of online image macro generators. That’s some cover art.

Wow, I HOPE you got them to take it down

Well with the RIAA going after people like they are you should sue them they have already set the price $150,000 per infringement now you need to find out how many copies they have sold.
