Hip Hop Karaoke Toronto T-shirt ripped
This spring in Toronto, Hip Hop Karaoke put together this T-shirt design for their 3rd anniversary show with Chali 2na, printed less than a hundred shirts and that was that. This past weekend at Rock the Bells (kind of a hip hop woodstock) in New York City someone noticed our design, ripped and on sale at a merch booth! It's a blatant bad live trace (why’d they leave the "3" in there?) with some less than classy edits.

Love their website’s claim: “Each design is original…”

What’s worse than having your design stolen? Having your design stolen really freaking badly.

Sorry to inform you guys, but that tee Is NOT an Erratic design. We have our tags on all OUR tees. The vendor space was a collaboration of clothing lines and an independent distributor that shared the vendor space for a few of the Rock The Bells dates. Our banner was up on the tables WE had ERRATIC tees at. Once again, Erratic has NOTHING to do with that ugly jack move. Thanks for Trying to bring us down. More research will help you in the future. Good Luck.

We contacted you to clarify the allegation and hope in good faith you will remove this posting. Our loyal customers know the truth about our line. Please remove our web link as this is NOT an Erratic Clothing Design.

Erratic, thanks for clarifying. If the tees were at the table with your banner on it, I’m sure you can see how the mistake might have been made. But glad you weren’t involved and sorry for incorrectly calling you on it. The ripped tee still exists, so I’ll leave the post up, but took your name out of it. Thanks!

Erratic, thanks for clearing it up but GOD what an attitude, accusing Kagan of “trying to bring you down” and that “more research” crack when he was obviously just working with the best info he could get and posted it here so the public, you included, could comment with more info if they had it. More politeness and understanding will help YOU in the future.

Thanks for explaining Armani. We figured that was the case, it’s all good. In the future you should try to contact the creator for permission, I’m sure we could have worked something out and you could have used hi res files to print from.
